For a theatre style set-up, the Ballroom can accommodate up to 700 guests while the Garden Room accommodates up to 230 guests. Both rooms can be set up with lectern and staging as required. Our flexible rooms can also be set to other seating configurations such as banquet and classroom styles to suit your specific needs.

Re-energise your guests with wonderful options from coffee break refreshments to morning and afternoon teas and hot lunches. For events such as breakfast seminars, full-day seminars or multi-day conferences, we have excellent food and beverage menus with an array of options that can be tailored to suit most dietary requirements.
